Refund Policy

Eligibility

Paid enrollments confirmed in writing by System Fieldcore may qualify for a refund according to the timelines below. Website pricing is informational; the invoice or enrollment letter controls the commercial terms.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date for a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your enrollment letter (if applicable).

Partial refund

Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive a 50% tuition refund. After the cohort begins, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by Thai law or where System Fieldcore cancels the program.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), completed private facilitation days already delivered, and custom materials produced specifically for your organization after written approval are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@system-fieldcore.digital with your full name, program name, and enrollment reference. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within 15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellation by System Fieldcore

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure events may be reviewed case by case for transfer or partial credit even after start. Transfers requested before week two of Experiment Signal Mastery are often available instead of a cash refund.
